Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
You won't be able to upload new clips until you free up space by deleting existing files or upgrading your plan. Your existing clips will remain accessible.
With Pro or Pro Max, your clip links never expire. Free tier links expire after 30 days, and guest links expire after 24 hours.
